ANXIETY

Anxiety is your body’s way of trying to protect you. It’s the part of your nervous system that senses potential danger, even when there isn’t any. But when that alert system never shuts off, it can leave you feeling tense, restless, and on edge.

DEPRESION

Depression can make even simple things feel impossible. It’s more than sadness, it’s a deep disconnection from joy, energy, and hope. Sometimes it shows up as fatigue and irritability.

TRAUMA & PTSD

Trauma can live in the body long after an experience is over. You might look “fine” on the outside but still feel tense, anxious, or disconnected within.

EMOTIONAL DYSREGULATION

Emotions are not the enemy and they’re signals from your body asking for attention. But when emotions feel unpredictable or intense, they can interfere with relationships, work, and self-esteem.
